The Milk Shop

In Pa Deng, one of the main occupations is dairy farming but many families buy milk instead of drinking what their community already produces. The Milk Shop was built to:

​

1. Be a safe, welcoming space for kids to hang out and  encounter God’s love

2. Sell local products like milk, wild honey and seasonal fruits so that villagers can enjoy what their community has

3. Train young people in valuable skills like English, music and baking to prepare them for their future

4. Encourage youth to be proud of where they come from and become their community’s next generation of leaders

5. Bless our neighbors by putting all profits towards community events and student scholarships
